  • Assist sales paperwork, cash sales, sales invoice, purchase order and delivery note.
  • Updating inventory list.
  • Administrative support includes data entry, filling of documents.
  • Make sure and checking the data with accuracy.
  • To print itemize billing whenever required.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above.
  • Possess adequate computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
